Cseri and Partners Law Offices hereby informs their esteemed clients that the modification of the Act V of 2006 on Public Company Information, Company Registration and Winding-up Proceedings has taken into effect on March 1, 2012 and it binds the companies to perform significant data reporting obligations.

The companies shall perform the following modifications:

• The companies shall file to the Court of Registry with jurisdiction the declaration of consent to the use of the property as registered office / place of business / branch issued by the owner of the property;
• The companies shall announce the tax number of the authorized representative and the members;
• The company shall also announce the date of birth of the natural person authorized to represent;
• If there are registered by the Court of Registry any foreign natural person or legal entity, then they shall designate agent for service of process and the company shall file the proxy for delivery to the Court of Registry;

The so-called student work is unknown in the legislation.  Student workers are  under the effect of the Act no. XX of 1992 on the Labor Code (Mt.).  Difference could only be found in the regulation of  taxation and  social charges.
